Do You Have Missing Teeth and Dread Wearing Dentures?

Dental Implants and All-on-4®

Are you frustrated with missing teeth or uncomfortable dentures? Dental implants provide a permanent, natural-looking way to restore your smile. At Tripitaka Dental, we offer advanced implant solutions, including the innovative All-on-4® treatment. Whether you're missing just one tooth or several, our team is here to help you regain full function and a beautiful smile that you'll love.

How Do Dental Implants Work?

Dental implants are small titanium posts that function like artificial tooth roots within the jawbone. After the implant fuses with the bone, we place a dental crown, bridge or denture on top of the post to complete your smile. Dental implants can be placed as single-tooth implants or even a complete arch, also known as the All-on-4 treatment concept.

Choosing dental implants or the All-on-4 system has numerous benefits.

The All-on-4 and All-on-X Process

Our skilled team will conduct a thorough assessment, including x-rays and 3-D imaging, to determine if you're a candidate for this advanced treatment. During the procedure, we will surgically place four or more dental implants into the jawbone.

These implants will securely support a full arch of teeth, providing you with a stable and natural-looking smile. The temporary set of teeth will allow you to eat, speak and smile comfortably while your implants heal.

After a few months of healing, you'll return to our dental clinic to have your final custom set of teeth fitted. These teeth are designed to look and feel like your natural ones, giving you the freedom to enjoy your favourite foods and the beautiful, long-lasting smile you desire.

Teeth Cleaning Appointments

Gum disease is a widespread problem affecting half of all US adults over the age of 30. It can exist without your knowledge, but all the while, it is damaging your oral health. Routine hygiene appointments are crucial because we can find and treat gum disease early on, and long before it threatens your oral health.

Cleaning appointments every six months are fine if you have a healthy smile and no history of dental problems. If yours isn’t, our knowledgeable dental hygienists may recommend more frequent appointments to help you maintain excellent oral health

Why we are the best? FAQ’s

The journey of a thousand (S)miles begins with one step!

What Is a Dental Implant?

Dental implants are among the most effective and popular options for replacing missing teeth.

What Is a Dental Implant?

A dental implant is a tiny, titanium post that replaces the entirety of a tooth, from the root that lies below the gumline to the visible portion of the tooth called the ‘crown’. Your dentist surgically inserts the implant into the jawbone, which provides a stable, permanent foundation for a prosthetic dental crown, bridge or denture.

Do dental implants hurt?

We understand that the thought of dental implants can raise concerns about pain and discomfort. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. Here’s what you need to know about the dental implant process and what you can expect regarding pain and discomfort.

During the Procedure

The dental implant procedure itself is generally painless. This is because we use local anesthesia to numb the area where we will place the dental implant. For patients who feel anxious, we also offer sedation options to ensure a more relaxed experience. Most patients report minimal discomfort throughout the procedure, as our team takes great care to manage pain effectively.

How many parts of Dental Implant?

Parts of a Dental Implant

A dental implant consists of three main components:

Implant Post — The implant post is the titanium screw that the dentist surgically inserts into the jawbone. It acts as the root of the artificial tooth.

Abutment — This connector is attached to the dental implant post and holds the replacement tooth or teeth in place.

Dental Prosthesis — The visible part of the dental implant looks and functions like a natural tooth. It is custom-made to match the colour and shape of your existing teeth.
